Product Description
The CoreForm Pilates Board brings reformer style training into a board that folds flat in one second. It pairs an auto rebounding sliding track with detachable resistance handles and a thickened kneeling pad, so abs, back, balance and arm work all happen on the same piece of kit.
Built from thickened PP material with a 50% larger load bearing platform, it holds users up to 136kg (300 lbs). The non slip base keeps it steady through fast reps, and when the session is done it folds down to slide under a sofa or bed.
A built in digital timer sits in the console between the foot platforms, counting up or down so you can time sets without reaching for your phone.
Key features
Built in digital timer: counts up or down right on the board, so intervals and rest periods stay on track without a separate app.
Auto rebounding track: resistance is built into the rail, so the platform glides back on its own between reps instead of needing to be reset by hand.
Detachable resistance handles: two cord handles for arm, shoulder and back exercises, removable when you only need the sliding track.
Thickened kneeling pad: padding is 110% thicker than standard boards, so kneeling positions stay comfortable through longer sets.
Supports up to 136kg (300 lbs): reinforced PP construction with a 50% larger load bearing area than earlier boards.
Non slip foot mat: keeps grip steady on wood, tile or carpet during quick or slow movements.
Folds flat in 1 second: no screws or catches, just fold and slide it away when the workout is over.
Four training modes in one board: back, waist and abs, balance, and resistance band training.

You Don't Need to Know Pilates to Start
This isn't studio kit you need training for. Four simple modes, back, waist and abs, balance, and resistance band work, mean you pick one movement, follow the board's lead, and build up at your own pace. No instructor, no class, no judgement.
How a Session Actually Goes
1
Unfold and clip on
Unfold the board and clip on the handles you need. No tools, about ten seconds.
2
Pick a mode
Back, waist and abs, balance, or resistance bands.
3
Set the timer, move at your pace
There's no routine you have to follow, the board keeps time so you don't have to.
4
Fold it flat, put it away
Nothing left out, nothing to maintain.
Why people keep using it
Feels like a real reformer, not a toy
The frame holds steady through planks, lunges and resistance pulls. Nothing wobbles, nothing creaks, so you can focus on form instead of babysitting the equipment.
Built for real bodies, not just the demo video
Reinforced PP construction gives the platform 50% more load bearing area than earlier boards, rated to hold up to 136kg (300 lbs). You will not outgrow it.
The track does half the work for you
Resistance is built straight into the rail, so the platform glides back on its own between reps. No manually resetting position after every slide.
Keeps time so you do not have to
A digital display sits right in the console and counts up or down. Set an interval, start the exercise, and let the board handle the clock.
Gone in one second when you are done
Fold it flat and slide it behind the sofa or under the bed. No permanent gym corner, no tripping over it on the way to the kitchen.
Built to Actually Hold Up
The frame is reinforced PP, not the thin plastic you'll find on some of the cheaper boards doing the rounds right now. It's rated to 136kg (300lbs), and the track doesn't creak or flex under a real workout.
"Expected something a bit flimsy for the price. The base is properly rigid, does not flex under pressure, and the handles feel like they will last."
Why It's Priced Like This
One of our customers put it best:
"One reformer class near me is fifteen quid a pop. This cost less than four classes and I've used it most days for two months now."
At £39, it doesn't take long to make sense, and after that, it's just yours.
If It's Not for You, Just Send It Back
You've got 30 days to actually use it at home. If it's not right, get in touch and we'll sort a free return, no restocking fee, no awkward questions. Every order ships from our UK warehouse, usually with you in 2 to 4 working days.
30-day home trial: use it properly before deciding
Fast delivery: 2 to 4 working days across the UK mainland
No customs surprises: the price you see is the price you pay

My physio actually approved of this one
Mentioned it to my physio during a back appointment and she said the sliding motion is similar to what she has me do with a towel on the floor, just steadier. Been using it three times a week since.

Skeptical husband converted
Rolled my eyes when my wife ordered this. Three weeks later I am the one using it most days for the arm resistance work. Did not see that coming.

My trainer recommended something similar
My personal trainer mentioned boards like this for home days between sessions. Found this one, cheaper than what she suggested, does the job for the between session work.

Better than the studio equipment I tried
Did a trial class on a proper reformer machine and this board gives a similar burn on the core exercises for a fraction of the cost and no commute.

Told my friend how much I was using mine and she ordered hers within the week. Now we compare notes on which exercises are working best.

Finally something that fits my flat
I live in a one bed flat with zero space for a gym corner. This folds down and slides under the sofa in about two seconds. Used it four times this week already.

Fold and forget storage
The one second fold thing is not an exaggeration. Two flaps in, slides behind the armchair, my partner did not even notice it was there until I pulled it out again.

Small flat, still fits
Shared flat with barely any storage space. This lives flat against the wardrobe when folded and nobody complains about it being in the way.

No permanent space needed
Living room stays a living room, not a home gym, because this folds away completely. That was the deciding factor over a bigger reformer machine.

Solid choice for small space training
Studio flat, no room for a proper gym setup. This is compact enough that it has become the only piece of fitness equipment I own and it covers most of what I need.

Nice to look at, not an eyesore
A lot of home gym equipment looks industrial and out of place in a living room. The pink actually looks fine tucked in the corner, does not clash with the rest of the room.

First time doing anything like this
Never done pilates before, always found gyms intimidating. The videos that came with it kind of, well there were no videos, but the exercises printed on the box were enough to get started.

Never owned any pilates equipment before this. Glad I started here rather than something bulkier, would have put me off if setup had been complicated.

Recommend it for beginners specifically
If you have never done pilates before this is a gentle way in. Nothing intimidating about it, exercises build up gradually rather than throwing you in the deep end.

Bands took some getting used to
Honestly the resistance bands confused me for the first session, kept catching the wrong angle. Watched a couple of clips online, sorted now, using it properly most days.

Cheaper than the gym membership I cancelled
Cancelled a gym membership I was barely using and put the money toward this instead. Between the board and a couple of dumbbells I already had, home sessions cover most of what I need.

Worth it for the resistance bands alone
Even without using the sliding track much, the resistance bands on their own are a solid arm and shoulder workout. Feel like I got two products in one.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the board I saw on TikTok? ▼
Yes, this is the CoreForm Pilates Board, the pink foldable reformer-style board with the auto-rebounding track. If a video sent you here, you're in the right place.
I've never done Pilates. Will I know what to do? ▼
Yes. Four simple modes, back, waist and abs, balance, and resistance band work, mean you start with one movement and build from there. No class or instructor needed.
Will it actually fit in my flat? ▼
It folds flat in about a second and slides behind a sofa, under a bed or into a cupboard. Most people don't have a permanent spot for it, and don't need one.
How much weight can the board hold? ▼
Up to 136kg (300lbs). The frame is reinforced PP with a 50% larger load-bearing area than standard boards.
What if I don't like it? ▼
You've got 30 days to try it at home. If it's not for you, we'll sort a free return, no restocking fee, no awkward questions.
Why is it £39 when reformer machines cost hundreds? ▼
It's a compact, foldable board rather than a full-size reformer machine, that's what keeps the cost and the footprint down.
Does it need any assembly? ▼
No tools and no assembly. It arrives ready to unfold, the resistance handles clip on in seconds, and it folds flat again in about one second when you're done.
How is it delivered? ▼
Free delivery from our UK warehouse, usually 2 to 4 working days.
